Sandro Muhlach is determined to seek justice despite the recent ruling of the Pasay Metropolitan Trial Court junking the two counts of acts of lasciviousness from the rape complaint that he filed against TV contractors Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz.

On his Instagram Story, Muhlach said an appeal will be filed on the omnibus resolution issued by Pasay MTC Judge Rechie Ramos-Malabanan that granted respondents Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz’s motion to quash the Information on the act of lasciviousness the actor filed against them as it is already deemed absorbed in the rape charge through the sexual assault charge against them.

According to Muhlach, the court’s ruling had only reinforced the rape charge against the respondents.

“The court removed the acts of lasciviousness charge because it’s already part of the sexual assault case, which is still ongoing. Meaning, mas matindi ang magiging kaso (This means the case has just become more serious),” said Muhlach.

“But we will still file for reconsideration for acts of lasciviousness. Hindi sila makakalusot dito at ilalaban ko ‘to hanggang sa huli! I will make sure na hindi na kayo makakaulit sa iba! (They will not be able to get away with this, and I will fight this til the end. I will make sure that they will not be able to do this to anyone else again)” he further said, then using the hashtag, #ENDRAPE.

Earlier, Nones and Cruz, through the TV program “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” said they are happy with the Pasay MTC’s ruling as it supposedly showed the court “saw the legal infirmity that we have been raising since the onset of the case.”
